I have exercised in over 50 gyms in Ireland to date and honestly the team at 353 are simply in a class of their own. The knowledge and level of coaching is like something you would see at professional athlete level yet somehow you walk into this place and feel like your family should all be training there and would all most certainly feel welcome. Crossfit 353 have actually somehow managed to truly incorporate extremely hard work with having an absolute blast. Full marks guys and congratulations. I wish that other gyms would follow suit and hopefully hey will or else you guys will expand in the near future.
Come try it out, you won't regret it. A great bunch of guys and girl providing members with a brilliant platform to develop skills, strength and fitness in a progressive scaled approach. Form comes before ego and you will progress as fast as you like provided it is safe to do so. I hadn't trained (soccer, GAA) in three years pre-joining in June 2015 and I had very limited exposure to weights. One year on, I'm hooked. Caters for all shapes and sizes, young and old (like me). Exercise can be fun and everyone is sound. Lastly as it is goal for many (it was mine initially), you will quickly lose body-fat and gain toned athletic muscle if you attend regularly and back it up with an appropriate "diet". I never experienced the 'elusive', post-workout endorphin rush, until I took my first class @ CrossFit 353, and after my initial trial I was hooked. Not only is CrossFit 353 in a great location, the trainers are really knowledgeable, helpful and supportive and there's a great team atmosphere too. For so long I was training (badly) in the gym, with no gains, no dive, and totally bored, now I'm up at 6:30am to get to class for 7:30, and excited to see what the WOD (Workout of the Day) will be. I really can't rate CrossFit 353 highly enough, and totally recommend you come for a trial class, you'll be glad you did!
